  I think (like also my Australian birding pal) that this ID is either a technical mistake or a wrong ID. In my opinion we are looking at a bird 2 to 2,5 x bigger than world's smallest Cuckoo (Little Bronze-cuckoo is the size of a House Sparrow). Our suggestion and belief is that it is actually a Pallid Cuckoo (Cacomantis pallidus) shown on the picture.
