This is a juvenile House Martin.
The undertail-coverts should be wholly white, and the breastband far more pronounced (and lower on the BREAST),had the bird been a Sand Martin. The undertail-coverts on House Martin has this pattern, and the greyish smudge on the THROAT is also typical for juvenile House Martin.
Adm. please change the name.
Peter
.......furthermore the underwing-coverts lacks the contrast to the underside of the primaries and secondaries which are prononced in Sand Martin.

Peter
